Hudson Valley
A prototype construction-efficient and low energy house currently in development with the collaboration of Nordic. Using CLT panels a single family +1200 sf house can be erected in 3-5 days with approximately 20 panels as opposed to thousands of components of traditional 2x or masonry construction. The CNC machined parts reduce errors in the field and minimize the number of joints promising an extremely well built structure.
