ALDEASA

Madrid

A new 39,310 sf (3,652 m2) headquarters for the international duty free company Aldeasa. Tenant improvement included the Presidential suite, board rooms, conference rooms, executive offices, cafeteria, lobby, and work areas for the seven different brands of the company on seven floors. Over sized vinyl prints commonly used in advertising on public transportation, were used to define different sections of the company. As the company’s brands expand or update the vinyl can easily change with the ever evolving office. Generic abstract patterns derived from the brand logos are adhered to conference room and executive office glass partitions for privacy while physically manifesting the corporate transparency demanded in today’s business landscape.
